During this evaluation, our experienced team with identify the existing roof types, approximate the remaining life of the roof, extract a core sample to identify the roof deck, existing insulation, and R-Value and how many layers of roof systems are in place. We’ll also be able to determine the fastener type and spacing required for your project by performing a fastener pull out test on your existing roof deck. Finally, we will measure the roof and estimate budget figures.
